District Adminstrative Assistant
 
As a District Adminstrative Assistant, you will support the District Manager and District Staff through the preparation of various financial and administrative reports, ensure timely response to E-mails and customer issues, and answer incoming phone calls. This position works independently, handles multiple tasks and requires strong oral and written communication skills.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Collects and records week-to-date payroll for all stores in the District/Region
  • Maintains and tracks District/Region controllable accounts and resolves variances
  • Answers and responds to incoming phone calls. Prepares correspondence using E-mail. Ensures timely response to customers and Corporate Customer Service
  • Coordinates District/Region travel arrangements as needed
  • Responsible for reading, printing, sorting and distributing both E-mail messages and daily mail
  • Files paperwork as needed; orders supplies
  • Recaps monthly meeting notes
  • Assists the following positions as needed: District LP Manager, District Auditor and District Maintenance
  • Schedules conference calls as needed. Coordinates the Executive and Associate review process for the District
  • Prepares financial and administrative reports as assigned by the District Manager
  • Other duties as assigned
      
  • Prior administrative experience in a general office, in expense control, or in personnel administration
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Adherence to Company policy and procedures is required
  • Regular attendance is required 
 
Additional Information
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer basics
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
