Our team is split into three main areas:

Customer Service

This team connects with our customers via phone, email and chat to help them with kohls.com orders, Kohl’s Charge or Yes2You Rewards. Our Customer Service reps are friendly and personable while assisting customers. Its about more than call scripts at Kohl’s – its about the great experience and personalized connections our customers expect.

Risk Management

We love our customers. When they’re unable to meet their obligations to pay their Kohl’s Charge bill on time, we want to provide them with options and affordable programs to help get the account back on track. Our reps also work with customers who suspect potentially fraudulent activity on their cards. Finally, this division ensures we are compliant with regulations and analyzes risk on our Kohl’s Charge account.

Shared Services

This team is our behind-the-scenese heroes! Without them, our customer service team would not be able to operate on a daily basis. They handle functions like finance, workforce planning, quality assurance and credit technology. As they say, it takes a village.
